This degree programme recognises the extensive learning involved in becoming a pilot to a commercial level through a process called, Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).
The programme has been developed in conjunction with the aviation industry including considerable input from major airlines and our senior instructors at Atlantic Flight Training Academy based in Cork. The RPL process values comprehensive prior learning and through rigorous and quality-assured means, the programme equates this to years 1 and 2 of a 4 year Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in International Business with Aviation Studies.
This groundbreaking new course, applications to which are now open, acts as years 3 and 4 and are specially designed to deliver key content, skills and knowledge with a broadened perspective on International Business through part-time and online learning.
