Ryanair Future Flyer Academy
Partnering with Europe’s premier airline, Ryanair, the Atlantic Flight Training Academy (AFTA) proudly introduces the Ryanair Future Flyer Academy (formerly known as Ryanair Mentored Programme), designed to recruit and train aspiring pilots.
Exclusively available at AFTA, our ab-initio and Gateway programs offer aspiring pilots a direct route to joining the esteemed ranks of Ryanair.
What’s more, our ab-initio and Gateway 1 programs include a Ryanair Boeing 737 type-rating. Plus, cadets who secure a spot in the Ryanair Future Flyer Academy will receive a conditional job offer from Ryanair even before they start their pilot training, providing not just top-notch training but also invaluable career security to our cadets upon graduation.
Throughout the training journey, our cadets receive hands-on instruction from AFTA’s seasoned instructors, following Ryanair’s standardised operating procedures (SOP’s) every step of the way. Upon successfully completing the pilot training and passing the final assessment by Ryanair, you’ll be fully equipped to enroll in Ryanair’s Boeing 737 type-rating program.
This programme is for individuals who hold a UK or EU/EEA Passport with the unrestricted right to live and work in Europe/UK.
