AFTA Open Day – Sunday 16th August 2015
Atlantic Flight Training Academy is opening its doors to the public from 11am to 3pm to view its facilities both at Little Island and Cork International Airport Business Park. Free simulator sessions will be on offer at our state of the art Boeing 737-800-NG simulator at Little Island. Shuttle buses will transfer people up to our head office at the Airport Industrial Park during the afternoon where our staff and flight instructors will answer any questions about flying as a career, and regale you with flying stories from all over the world.
A series of short talks from aviation experts, our management team and academics from Carlow IT Aviation Dept will be ongoing throughout the afternoon at both facilities where complimentary refreshments will be served.
