I found the one day course extremely helpful in gaining an insight into pilot hiring trends. I feel we found a much better way to target airline jobs rather than just sending out hundreds of applications to basically all European airlines. The CV part of the course was particularly helping as it showed us how to tailor our CV putting particular emphasis on the skills and qualities that a HR representative at the airline would be looking out for. Most of all I found Will extremely approachable which make this service much more beneficial as he will endeavor to help/answer any queries i may have regarding landing that all important first job.
