The most positive part of the course for me was the review of a number of the CVs from the class and the changes that we needed to make such as making the CV more personal in relation to what we are currently doing and how we are staying current and also to enhance the positive aspects. For me this was big eye opener as I had previously believed that my CV was to a good standard however I can now see the opportunity that I was missing out on to impress a recruiter.
One area that perhaps could be enhanced on was how to predict the recruitment trends of the airlines and when to target them. I understand that there was a time constraint on the day and perhaps this couldn’t be elaborated on in detail. It was just a small observation on my part but overall I found the day to be highly informative and helpful.
